* Gift Certificates purchased online are non-refundable. Gift certificates may be transferred to another individual by contacting the Salon. Gift Certificates over 180 days old (or as stated on the certificate) are only redeemable at management's discretion.
Cancellations: If our clients are unable to keep their appointment, we require a call
24-hours in advance. This allows The Fairhope Salon & Spa to schedule and service
other clients. Canceling an appointment with less than 24-hour notice impacts your
service provider’s income and doesn’t leave them with enough time to recover the time
lost. We understand that sudden emergencies occur and may require cancellation of
your appointment. In the case of two (2) cancellations with less than 24-hour notice,
we will charge a cancellation fee of the price of the scheduled services. We will also ask
the client to provide a credit card to book future appointments.
No Shows: No Show for confirmed appointments will be handled the same as
cancellations. We will charge a No Show fee of the price of the scheduled services. We will
